Highlights

• Review flagged topics queue – Freebase users can now help resolve items that have been marked for merge or delete. Logged in users can find a new queue available on the right-hand side of the homepage. For more info, see the related help topic.
• Add/remove administrators – domain administrators (users who can modify schemas for the types in a domain) can now also add/remove other administrators to the domain through the UI. This can be done from the domain page for any domain you administer. Note: at this time its necessary for any user who has been added as an administrator to log out and log back in in order to have administrator privileges for that domain.
• Move types – domain administrators can now easily move types between domains that they administer. Note that this feature is only enabled for domains in user’s namespaces at this time – we hope, in a future release, to create pointers so that types can be moved without invalidating old keys. This capability is also available from the domain page.
• Split View – its often useful when validating or inputting data into Freebase to be able to view external sources at the same time. You may notice a small icon next to weblinks on the topic page. Clicking this link will open a second frame that displays that external link while keeping the Freebase topic view open as well. Here’s the Rolling Stones in split view, for example.
• Query View Improvements – A couple of nice enhancements have been made to this view: 1) image support was added 2) a new ‘hide:’ directive was implemented allowing you to return only selected results in the query. Have a look at the Jennifer Connelly query.
